What we collect

We collect only what you send us, and only when you send it:

  • Enquiry form: full name, email, phone, company name (optional), the business unit you are interested in and your message.
  • Job application form: full name, email, phone, city, the position you apply for, flight licence status, total flight hours and what you write about yourself.

This site uses NO advertising or tracking cookies, no visitor analytics and no profiling tools. The only thing stored in your browser is whether you dismissed the language suggestion bar — that never reaches us, it stays on your device.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, biometrics). Please do not enter such information into our forms.

Why we process it

  • To respond to your enquiry and get back to you
  • To route your request to the right business unit for assessment
  • To evaluate your job application and contact you when a suitable position opens

Where it is stored

Information you submit through the form is delivered via a server under our own control to info@lemulor.com, which is currently forwarded to the info@dronestaf.com mailbox. Our server is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, within the EU/GDPR area.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Only providers essential to running the site are involved:

  • Our server hosting provider (Germany)
  • Cloudflare — domain, security and email routing
  • Google Maps — the location map embedded in the page (it may set its own cookies)

We may also share data with competent public authorities where legally required.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for the statutory limitation periods after the relationship ends (as a rule 10 years). Job applications are kept for at most 2 years after assessment, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion using the rights below.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, at home or abroad
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request erasure or destruction
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

Send your requests to info@lemulor.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated.
